We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have a positive experience with our AI role-play and companionship application ("Service"), which provides entertainment-focused interactions with multiple AI-generated characters. By accessing or using Accrush, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please do not use our Service.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide to Us

AI Conversations:

Mood & Well-Being Logs:

These entries are used to personalize your in-app experience and are not treated as medical or clinical records, nor are they used to provide professional mental health services.

AI Interaction Data:

  • Usage of assistance features, such as the "Inspiration" tool for generating suggested replies

Transaction & Virtual Currency Data:

  • Purchase history of Gems (date, amount, transaction ID from App Store/Google Play)
  • Current Gem balance
  • Usage records of Gems (e.g., amount spent on chats, image generation, or inspiration features)
  • Status of free allowances or trial periods

2.3 Information from Third Parties

We do NOT receive any personal information about you from third parties, except as related to advertising attribution.

We do not use your mood logs or conversations as medical or clinical data, and we do not provide diagnosis or treatment for mental health conditions.

Communication:

4. AI Model Training and Data Usage

4.1 Conversation Data for AI Training

We use conversation data to improve our AI models and enhance the quality of interactions. Before using conversation data for training purposes, we:

  • Remove personal identifiers and sensitive information where possible;
  • Implement data anonymization and aggregation techniques;
  • Limit access to training data to authorized personnel and systems.

We may use third-party AI providers (such as Google, for its Gemini family of models including Gemini 2.5 Pro) to process your inputs and generate responses. When we do so, your conversation data may be temporarily transmitted to those providers under contractual terms that require them to protect your data and use it only to provide AI services to us.

4.2 User Control Over Data Usage

You have the right to:

  • Opt-out of having your conversations used for AI training (where supported in the app settings);
  • Request deletion of specific conversations;
  • Control how your data is used for model improvement.

4.3 Data Retention for AI Training

  • Conversations used for training are retained for up to 2 years;
  • You can request deletion at any time;
  • Data is anonymized and/or aggregated to protect your privacy.

4.4 AI Model Limitations and Risks

Please be aware:

  • AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate, inappropriate, or unexpected;
  • Do not share sensitive personal information (e.g., full financial details, medical records);
  • Conversations should not replace professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or psychological);
  • AI companions are not capable of providing emergency assistance;
  • Users are responsible for content they generate and input during AI interactions.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

Service Providers:

  • Third-party vendors who help us operate our Service;
  • Payment processors for subscription management;
  • Cloud hosting providers for data storage;
  • Analytics providers for service improvement;
  • AI infrastructure and model providers (for example, providers of large language models like Google Gemini) that process your inputs to generate AI responses, under strict contractual and technical safeguards.

All service providers process your data only to perform services on our behalf and are bound by strict contractual obligations to keep your data confidential and implement appropriate security measures.

What This Means:

Your conversations are encrypted when sent to our servers and while stored. We can access conversation content when necessary for:

When generating AI responses, some of your data (such as your messages and prompts) may be transmitted to our third-party AI providers over encrypted connections. Our Policy: We do NOT share personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

Therefore, there are no third-party names and addresses to disclose under this law.
